Also, it has one of the most beautiful covers ever. I stay away from stories that are anywhere close to being gut-wrenchingly sad, skip portions in books that I think could make me cry.īut The Night Diary sounded too interesting, different from the rest to pass on. ![]() I’ve not read too many books on India’s partition, because I am emotionally weak that way. ![]()
